Minutes

Most of tonight's discussion focused on class rules - centered around how to accomodate those owners who will be mainly doing handicap racing initially.

Target to have class rules by the time the first boats arrive. Rules should be basic - cover the essential pieces. Amendments can be made after more boats are raced.

Rules should not isolate the boat from handicap racing environment. Hiptrader is looking at various rules documents (e.g. ISAF, ERS) to hopefully ensure FT can comply.

Goal is to grow FT as an international class. Initial rules drafted can be "tested" on the first six boats Attendees were interested in participating.
