11/29/05 Class Org Meeting Minutes

The team moved on to review the Class Rules:

Much discussion on:

1. Hull fairing - not allowed
2. Mast deck hardware limitations
3. Rig adjust (not allowed for short W/L races but OK for distance races of 15 nm or more)
4. Foil fairing - not allowed
5. Running rigging - no limit on soft rigging material or sizing is proposed

We adjourned after 4 hrs (!) of very constructive discussion. The updated draft will be reviewed within the rules team for further refeinement.
